I've never had any problems with it. That is until I purchased WinZip Pro 17. I purchased it directly from WinZip as an upgrade. I installed it and Outlook started crashing. I started uninstalling software and rebooting trying to pin down the problem. After using WinZip for all of these years, I assumed that Winzip couldn't be the problem.
Finally I uninstalled WinZip and Outlook stopped crashing. I had quickly decided that the ZipSend was a pain. And I couldn't make it go away. I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstall the WinZip Pro thinking that I could deselect ZipSend. That's not an option. The crashing continued.

ZipSend was gone and Outlook wasn't crashing. Well, it came back. Outlook is again infected with ZipSend and again it is crashing. It is determined that I should use ZipSend for larger attachments.

I prefer Media Fire. I would deselect it on the toolbar and it would come back. In all of the years I have been using computers, I have had one virus infection. Fortunately it wasn't one of the really nasty viruses.
It took only about 30 minutes to get rid of it. My ZipSend infection has been worse than the virus. I'm going to give the WinZip folks another chance to make this right. If they can't or won't, then I will have to move on to something else.
